01 Introduction

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.

04 Deposits & Payments

Jetbuj supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and standard bank transfer. All deposit methods are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your jetbuj account balance instantly under normal conditions.

The minimum deposit amount on jetbuj is displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jetbuj, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Jetbuj will attempt to contact you before applying any dormancy policy.
• If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
• If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a violation — such as at your own request — your available real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
